I am expected to now keep a double log book. One for CH and one for Chronic Paroxysmal Hemicrania. I think I wwould not keep it ip corectly. How could I best combine the two? Or do I just say enough is enough? I do not think so. I am one of the lucky ones that falls under a CH expert so need to give him all the info he needs. BUT it must be accurate so that it may help others in future. Help me I nead a perfect log book.
