I am also a sufferer's wife. I know that just being around helps immensely even when he is at work he calls me when he gets an attack. I try to get him to relax. I know that sounds impossible but if he gets a small one up to a 5 sometimes I can get him to focus. Sometimes he yells at me sometimes I yell back. Sometimes he needs to be alone. Just knowing he has love and support makes all the difference. I also talk to his doctors and make a damn good taxi if we have to go to the ER. You are a wonderful wife just to ask.
