I've been trying to get ahold of some portable 02. Today the nurse at my doc's office called and said, "I'm having trouble getting the insurance to ok your portable 02 because you're not on it 24/7, you ONLY have cluster headaches." ARGHHHHHHH I was soo ticked, It took all I had to keep from comming unglued and spouting all over that woman. I had plenty of things to say to her, None of them were nice, to say the least, so I just bit my tongue. All I want is to beable to have 02 when I'm not at home, which is often enough, I don't like the side affects of the drugs. I understand she was just doing her job, and maybe she was even trying to be helpful, but She is cluesless, or else she would never has said ONLY CLUSTERS.
Ok, Yep, that was definatly venting, I am done now and will refrain from any futher unkindnesses. Thanks gang for listening.
