instills some hope into this heart. I am really glad you have found something that helps and I wanted to welcome you to the board as well. I hate to even say this, but the others are right...the beast is devious and persistent as all hell....be ready for next time. Prednisone has helped many break their cycles, but another cycle is more often than not lurking around the corner. Enjoy being painfree and use this time while you can read and think and function to learn everything you can about these headaches. Someone once said that breaking a cycle is kind of like scaring off a burglar...make sure when he comes back, you've got your shotgun loaded and aimed at the beast's head.
