I didn't realize you were getting hate mail for espousing narcs. That's pretty much elitist bullshit, if you ask me. I do think they should be the very last option, but you shouldn't get nailed for talking about them. Especially if they work for you and might for others that nothing else works on.
On the other hand, other than his little fuck-up posts that make him a candidate for someone who may someday be able to count to 3 you have no clue how evil and destructive he's been.
