August is the time of year my CH's always begin. I think its the intense heat that helps to trigger it but who knows. I am having the same problems with meds also. Imitrex is so expensive that insurance co.'s try to limit you to a small supply. I was able to get free smaples from my Doc and everytime i go for anything I ask for free samples. I only have them 1 to 2 months out of the summer but try to stock pile imitrex through out the year.
