Non-rebreather, 8-12 l p/m. Print out info from it from this site (not personal posts but medical articles stating this all). Also, I have liquid O2 and the built in regulator only goes up to 6 l p/m. So I have two tanks piggybacked with a connector tube and run both at once. If you can't get a regulator that goes to at least 10 for the tank, I'd suggest getting two tanks.
