Sorry you're here, but glad you found the site. I wanted to respond to your question about Midrin. It is a migraine medicine, but doesn't help me AT ALL for CH. I would recommend that you contact your insurance carrier and get the limit for Imitrex increased as previously suggested.
What I have just found out as I'm new here, also, is that O2 is a great abortive technique. Talk to your Dr. about it.....it really helps me.
