Had CH for @ 20 years--episodic. Triamcinilone (Aristocort) seems to really help. I usually start with a low dosage and work up to 4x/day (20mg?) Last year, after weaning off them the headaches and shadows still hung around for weeks and I was miserable. I went back on Triamcinilone at 2x per day, and it seemed to break the cycle.
