I was chronic for 20 yrs & without warning they went away for 5 years..and now they r back but about a week before they came back.. I had a brutal stiff neck.. I dunno if that was an indication that they were comin or what but I had never had a stiff neck like that...ever. Who knows with this..*sigh*
