I belong to an e-mail list for people who care for someone with a brain injury. They have their "main" list which is very active (similar to this MB). A couple years ago, they added several specialty lists: spouses, parents, high-functioning, coma, quadriplegics, and spanish language. This was done for a small group of people who complained that issues discussed the main list were too general, and did not interest them 100% of the time. So... they got their special lists which are dead most of the time (people don't go there).
If DJ or BobP were to create special MB's for those who want to talk 100% of the time about the science of CH, it's causes, treatment, and cures... it would be good at first. Then die, as people become bored talking with the same 4-5 people about the same old thing... and return to the main MB. JMHO
