these are "sub-hallucinogenic" and the amount required would vary depending on the potency of your specimens. I can attest to the fact that it works, however. It took approximately 24 - 36 hrs to reap the therapeutic effects of that dosing, and I took a relatively low dose - approx 2 grams dried.
