it doesnt help... and makes it worse when you are in a cycle. Dave drives tractor trailer and works crazy hours like you. Daves cycles arent like clockwork either. Mostly two years apart but once a cycle came after 1 year and once 1 1/2 years. We're hoping their gone for good... Doesnt hurt to hope. Good Luck Ree
