Help! I'm experiencing some extremely weird headaches. A couple of months ago, I had a sharp spasm on the right side of my head, it was brief,
but it alarmed me. I was fine for 2 to 3 weeks, then
I started having other very short headaches, they are very brief usually last a minute or less, I feel one in a spot, and then it would happen in another spot, and then another. They travel ramdomlly all across my head this way. They do not hurt very much, but the strangeness of it all is scaring me. On Sunday, I went to the emergency room, because I felt as if my throat was closing up at night, and I was having trouble breathing whenever I tried to sleep. I was told it could all be anxiety, the next day another doctor confirmed anxiety for all my various symptoms. I believe now that I am suffering from Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I've been on zoloft for 3 days now, and am waiting for it to take effect and calm me down as I am so full of fear and dread, which is the main symptom of the anxiety disorder. Part of my intense
anxiety is about being broke and not having health coverage. I'm wondering if these headaches are really stress related, or if there is something else going on here. Please any doctors out there, help!

Thanks,
Beth
