I don't remember if you have a doctor or what meds you've tried or haven't (can't keep track of everyone!) :) But I was wondering if you have considered Prednisone at all? My last cycle during peak times I was exhausted so I finally broke down and tried the pred. I started it and immediately tapered off of it, it gave me 6 days of blissful rest before my cycle continued. I didn't want to take it for longer because I was afraid of the side effects. But it really did help to have a 6 day break.
Anyways, something to think about.
