You either do like hub suggested and use th tip on the left to stretch them or

You get your doctor to write a prescription for the amount you need. If he/she is afraid of side effects, you copy the article from the OUCH 'Research Library' showing that there are no proven problems with long term, high use of Imitrex.

If your insurance won't cover the amount the doctor prescribes, then you have to get the doctor to write them explaining why you need so much and go through the apeals process your insurance company should have.

Many insurance companies lump clusters in with migraines. They don't realize that we get a whole shitload of headaches verses just a couple a month.
