Anal Jeez Fuck I call them. Avoid the Excedrin. Any aspirin, paracetomal, or ibprufen based drugs do not agree with CH. Longer and nastier (if not constant #10) headaches is exactly what happens. Sure the analgesic will put the headache away short term - but it will also piss it off. Analgesics actually aggravate Ch in the longterm.
The biggest problem your boyfriend faces right now is going without any medication for a few days while things remain like this. 2-3 days time things will get a lot better but stay off the analgesics!
