There are all kinds of clever things said about those who use what you call foul language. The most famous I believe is the one which roughly states that it's used by those who have trouble with expression and resort to these words or phrases as a crutch. Evidently you love reading this stuff and it should be evident that many of those who use these words, often use them as an artist uses oils. Very few of us have difficulty with the language, and like it or not, these words are now a large part of the lexicon. It isn't necessary for you to like them and frankly, message boards which monitor language are fucking boring.
