How do I explain what a CH feels like to other people?This is the best I can do: I am walking towards a train track on a hot summer day. The closer I get I can feel the heat coming from the tracks. I put my face down on the tracks and can feel the heat getting hotter until it is burning my face. Just when the heat gets unbearable, a train runs over my head. The train is still coming, but i don't die. It just keeps on coming, for hours, until finally it is past, and I just feel the heat again. I move my head away, and the heat slowly disapears. Afterwards, you don'tknowhow you endured so much pain and lived through it, youjust sit and wait for the next train to come through.
