They come and go like waves for about a month or more. They are at their worst for about 2 days a week. 6 hour realy isn't enough, but is does feel great for a while, so I can function normally. When my attacks are realy bad, my blood pressure drops dramatically causing me a run to ER. I also get one sided paralysis.
