it seems once i get the hour long headache, no more shadows for that day. my shadows lead to a headache and rarely follow a headache. a 5 is like a walk in the park to me. i am cool unless i try to sit or lay down. actually, it rarely gets me if i am physically doing things BUT as soon as i sit and relax...bamm..either a strong shadow or a quick arriving hour long headache. and after my daily headache im ok to drink beer or do whatever trigger stuff affects me usually without return of headache.go figure
