If he's asking migraineurs who have worked with groups like MAGNUM to offer advice on what they've done so as to make OUCH bigger and better faster (but not becoming a cluster and migraine organization), I think that's fine. But if the suggestion is to do any of what you mentioned and lump us all together in some manner, I'm with Yogi Berra.
