Hi all I am new to the group I have had CH for about 6 years started when I was in my late 20s I am now 35 and it has been 2 years since my last bout I am currently 2 months into a cycle I am using O2 and over the counter pain killers. I prefer Alive, from looking at the kip scale I don’t believe I have ever had worse than a 7 or 8 last night I had to hit the O2, 4 times it really screws up your sleep. The doctor I saw the other day wanted to put me on prednisone but I was concerned about side effects and have made it through with the O2 in the past. I usually go about 2 months so I am hoping it is over soon. I don’t know how the chronic people make it.
