We need to start using the resorses that the migraine groups have already set up so that we can be heard. We need to let our little voice be heard along the large voice. Migrainers have the ears of so many right now and that is a great advantige to us. We need to get into the groups and start talking to them asking for contacts and what not. This is the way you grow. They have done the hard part now we need to come in and utilize their work.
OUCH UK grows because the members have meetings more then once a year, we are more spread out but we can have small group meetings to flood our own areas with information about us. It is things like this that will help us grow and become what we need to be to get respect.
