I've finished the OUCH Emergency Room visit information and treatment form for submittal to the OUCH BoD.
What I need now is one last thing, the JCAHO phone number/numbers.
I've found 1-800-446-8299 and 1-781-935-0911, but I think these numbers are mainly for the healthcare providers and not specifically for use of a patient not getting their right to be pain free issue resolved?
Does anyone have this patient's resource phone #? I'll keep looking in the mean time, and check back here often. Thanks,
