We're preparing to take another step through OUCH to provide forms for sufferers and supporters of CH. This next step is in formatting a printable diary for children with CH.
If you know of parents who have children who suffer and can e-mail me their e-mail addresess, I would like to get information from them on their particular concerns.
We want to be able to create a form that can be used by the parents, doctors, teachers, etc., in order to benefit by any means possible the greatest care and knowledge available to these children.
The more parents we can contact the better, and I'd think they'd appreciate knowing OUCH is there for them, that they have the Family Support Team for numerous types of support, and technical support from OUCH.
Let's find these children and go to battle for them and their families!
