I simply forgot the smiley. That's all there is to this. There are too few like her on the board. This followed some of posts on infighting and I was trying to be funny. Even with the smiley, it doesn't look good on second reading. Nancy and I have similar views about going after board members. We don't.
Nevertheless, this is simply a dumb mistake.
