Are the headaches vascular? Are the vessels expanding and constricting? Has that been observed by a doc during an attack? I thought I remembered the jury was out on CH being vascular in nature.
This week I have had a lot of inflammation in my joints and in my cluster area. I have had some pretty heavy shadows. In fact I had a constant burn in my CH area all day one day. I think that whatever substance, hormonal or otherwise, that has been causing this inflammation could somehow be responsible for a CH attack. It could be though that my cluster area is already sensitive and anything that causes inflammation is an irritant there as well. I don't know.
