There are qualified people to talk to at your local suicide prevention center. Please call them, even if you don't think you are suicidal. They are wonderful listeners and that may be all you need is to have someone unbiased listen to you.
I can't get the OUCH link to come up (there is a link to suicide centers there), but look in your local phone book or just call 911 and they can direct you.
