Sorry for not being clear.
Stopped Verapamil, and no more ch, so my last ch was the same night after I took my last Verapamil.
The 'shroom treatment I have been waiting to take for the last 6 weeks, but I have not been able to be triptan free for more than 48 hours before this (too weak!). So, yes, a kind of insurance. But...The other thing is that, prior to this last episode, I had 20 months remission due to an lsd dose in dec 1999, and I would really like to repeat those blissful 20mths!! So I'm going to give myself another dose next week-end and see if it works again. Wish me luck!
