My son has headaches for several days in a row, occuring at approx same time of day. For about a week or so. Then he might have one two weeks later, then not have another for several weeks. I remember a teacher telling me once "He seems to not want to do the Math work this week he keeps telling me has a headache." Then after a week or so he would be fine (which supported our suspisions. The Sprite and crackers seemed to help his nausea (frequently associated with his headaches) he always required some Tylenol or Advil with it. And wakes up hungry (blood sugar?)
Any speculation on your part is welcome.
