Clinical depression is a very real, very physical disorder, HOWEVER, when someone is posting about what his actions MIGHT be, he is asking, no begging, for help, and sometimes a good ol' slap in the face brings you back to reality.
The situation I described, the person did not ask for help, he just did it. And I feel 100% that if someone would have said this to him, he would not have done it.
