I am glad you are still pain free. I have been away from the board for a little while, but I did in passing catch a post related to salt intake...I do believe they were discussing reducing or eliminating their salt intake to help with ch...obviously your experience has been just the opposite. No wonder we don't have a cure yet...tricky fucking beast. I was recently on vacation at the ocean and while I was there...my headaches were better, shit I even slept for 8 straight hours one night, a miracle in and of itself. I am a total water baby and leaving the ocean was like leaving part of me behind...I craved it..I wake in the night and feel like a junkie for that warm salt water...yes, I said warm, salt water...hmmmmmm...very interesting....
