I am here...just got back from the beach. It was so....beyond words and I needed it more than I knew. My head was great while I was there...a few headaches, not so bad at all. And I actually slept...warm, dark, precious sleep. And while I did have internet access...the ocean became my drug of choice. I wish I could say I was glad to be back in NY, but that would just be silly...I did miss the board though...and all of you sweet, beautiful people that I love so much. Thanks for caring, Ken.
