Also a chronic and Topamax has been a Godsend for me. I've been in remission for about 2 years now. Just had a bad break last week, but upped the dosage and have it worked out now and am back to NO headaches again. Am on 300mg right now.
I regulate the dosage depending on the breakthrus. Have been down to 100mg and up to 400mg. But it works..
