same thing as what bob says (constipation). Its seems to b working well for me, 5 months pain free. Any time I start to feel shadows, I up my dose from 2 to 3 pills a day then bring it back down when they stop. As far as the imitrex injections, they are expensive but saved me from pain a few times before the verap kicked in. Try searching the board about stretching each imitrex injection into 2 or 3 doses. Or ask, I know somebody here knows how to do it. good luck
