We should all be careful here. I think you're right, Simon, that few if any, suicides are motivated soley by CH. Somewhere along the line there is likely a predilection for ending one's life. I, and others, may be a little too quick with our mostly well-intentioned help.
Your remark that we need to remember that some don't consider some sort of failure, is worth considering.
