Well guys
I'm on Ergotamine (2*2mgs at night)now and had my 8hr sleep last night in 2 weeks,usualy only an 1hr at a time.
Hope this keeps going
But I'm also still on Prednisolone, I have got to wean off these. Oh well
Its so good to have some sleep
