In a country such as Canada, we are a real melting pot of different nationalities. While I agree than language CAN be a barrier, we have lots of 3rd and 4th generation Asian people here (for example) who probably only speak English now. And technological access sure can't be the problem here or in the States. I think there may really BE a racial difference, but only when it comes to clusters. Could it be that maybe some races are immune?? Wouldn't that be cool if it were true?
