Sounds like CH's to me. Mine started at about 20 or 21. Have been episodic as well. I have become nauseas and vomited during the worst of my CH's a couple of months ago. Hmmm. Well. I am no doctor.

Try to hang in there Sue. Perhaps someone will come along and give you some good suggestions as to meds to hlpe you.
