Connect to the Net with your normal method - cable or whatever. If AOL isn't your usual method, leave it closed.

Now open a DOS window - go to Start/Programs/MS-DOS prompt. In the DOS window, type this:
ping www.clusterheadaches.com
then hit enter.

See what happens. If you get Request Timed Out four times, then your connection can't find ch.com. Nothing you do to IE or anything else will fix this...you just have to wait until all the routers get caught up.

If you get a bunch of numbers on four lines with a summary at the bottom, you have connected and the problem is most likely in your IE. Follow Bobp's tips for clearing your cache and history. Then type www.clusterheadaches.com into the IE Address bar...do NOT use the shortcut in your Favorites. If that gets you here, click Favorites and Add to Favorites to create a new shortcut. Make sure you either overwrite or delete your old Favorites shortcut.

If all this still doesn't work, do what jonny always does....

Buy a new puter. :-)
