Is that cool or what? If I ever choose to live in Arkansas, I can ignore subpoenas. I wonder if it would excuse me from jury duty, too.
It is clearly a violation of the US Constitution, but I guess things like that don't bother Arkansans. Note that there is no clarification of "a God". Presumably you can hold office if you are a Satanist or worship Baal or whatever... any god will do.
Religion is weird. Politicians are weirder.
