There's a list of "Recommended doctors" on this website. You might try one of them if there's one in your area. That's a "sad" story.
I still like the story about holding the ER hostage with the cigarette lighter and the O2. My doctor thought that was the best one he'd heard in a long time. Of couse he's had years experience with me and has a warpped sense of humor about clusters too.
