i always have a headache but it is always in one spot on one side of my head so it is still a cluster, i call these shadows. they are still clusters and sometimes they are a size 3 and sometimes a size 1 or 5 it always depends and they always vary. but there is a huge distinction between these and a real cluster when one comes on full fledge. just to answer your question. i am chronic and experience a headache pretty much all day every day. good luck!! shelby
