although I haven't really found any triggers at all, except for alcohol, so I don't drink while in cycle. I am an almost daily user of pot, whether in or out of cycle, doesn't matter, doesn't make any difference, doesn't help, but doesn't hurt either. But I am very routine with my cycles, have been for the most part for the last 15 years, so I'm not convinced of any "trigger" except time.
