I used the resourse page on chhelp.org, and found some neuros. Much to my surprise, the one's listed for my area are the ones who will not see me any longer. Funny huh? The benefits and lifestyle of living in a rural area sure seem less appealing when going through this.

Thanks all for your help and letting me vent.

I have been trying some of the suggestions given to me here and from the resourse site. I found a helpful combination this morning. Headband w/ice(ice wrapped in towel tied tightly around head) and exercise. I get on the stair master and also lift some weights. Boy, super strength during the dance. If I could figure out a way to harness this power for athletes....lol.

By the way, the bp has been totally normal during times when I am able to relax. I'm down to 6 attacks or so a day from a peak of 11 in a 24 hour period. Maybe I'm on the back side.
