Glad that you are on Lithium. Anyone having attacks with your frequency should be working hard to find prevention medication to use along with the abortive meds. Strongly encourage you to return to your doc if the Lithium does start working soon; there are a number of other drugs which you can try.
Contrary to a recent post, Imitrex can lead to rebound attacks and it's impossible to predict which individual may have this experience. There are sufficient medical journal reports of rebound with this med to make attention/caution appropriate.
