Gravol (the anti-motion sickness drug) or Dramamine produce sleep as a side effect but don't let you get into the REM phase which is where the attacks hit. OR you can try Benadryl, same effect, but NOT both.
Mike is 160 pounds, 5'7" and he takes two or three gravol before bed when he is at the peak of a cycle and it will most often get him through the night, attack free. It won't touch your pain if an attack breaks through, but maybe, just maybe it might get you through a coupla nights, friend.
Best of luck!
