I take a 25mg imitrex pill before I go to bed and anotaher one about 10:00 in the morning. This has helped a lot. I was having three or four headaches a night, not I can generally sleep well. I also make it through the day. Sometimes I will have a kip scale 3 or 4 headache in the morning or in the evening, but I can handle them. I don't know how long my neuro. will let me do this.
