As I've mentioned before, not taking a strong enough dose may alter the heeadaches in an unpleasent way. Usually they become less frequent but much longer lasting and much more painful. A decnet sized follow up dose is the only remedy.
Best thing is to either harvest or grow your own shrooms. That way you get some semblence of quality control. Otherwise LSd is the better bet.
LSd comes in 3 common forms:
microdot - a little black solid piece of grit wrapped in cellophane.
cardboard - the cardboard consist of segregated squares about 5mm square with a picture on one side.
blotter - a sheet of blotting paper, often with a pattern on one side, consume about 5mm squareds worth.
The paper or cardboard should be in good condition and must not be damp, crumpled, smudged, or faded. The cardboard should be shiney on one side.
Try to obtain and consume within 1 week of your last dose but no sooner than 5 days.
